He joined Cisco in 1997 and had responsibility for Cisco’s Enterprise business before taking the leader role for Cisco’s Global Brokerage Team in New York. For the next 21 years, he held roles of increasing responsibility leading some of Cisco’s largest relationships in Global Service Provider and Media business. His ability to build strong executive relationship enhanced Cisco’s presence greatly in both the sell to as well as thru business. In 2022 he moved into his current role where he is responsible for shaping the Executive Strategy, offers and Route to Market execution of Cisco’s $4B Americas Managed Service and XaaS business. Managed Services and XaaS are the fastest growing route to market for Cisco -and Andrew’s focus is to make this a $10B business in the Americas for Cisco by 2027. The Americas Managed Services Team is focused on working closely with both our System Integrator’s and Service Provider Partners in the US, Canada, and LATAM to build Cisco Managed Service solutions for their product catalog. Drew’s passion for Leadership and Sales is driven by his ability to build strong trusted relationships – not only across the Executive suite, but with the engineering and account managers he is privileged to lead. There’s no better feeling then to work hard across a matrixed team, win the opportunity, then help exceed the expectation of the customer. “With him, it’s a behavior not a position”. Throughout his time at Cisco, Drew has had a passion embracing Cisco’s culture of giving back to local communities; initially thru involvement with various schools in NYC– teaching kids about technology and the Internet. He and his teams have also participated in Habitat for Humanity in many cities across the US. He served for 5+ years as President of the Board of Inwood House, a 187+ year-old charity in NYC - that is focused on supporting pregnant and parenting teens.
